This is a small independent site, so messages go to one inbox and a person reads all of them. Corrections are especially welcome — if something here is wrong or out of date, we would rather fix it than leave it standing.
Before you write
- Order or download problem? Replying directly to your order email is faster, because it reaches our checkout provider's support thread with your order attached. This form works too.
- Refund? The refund policy says exactly which cases are an automatic yes. If yours is one of them, just say so — you do not need to argue for it.
- Privacy request? Pick that topic and we will delete or disclose whatever is held against your email address. What we hold is listed in the privacy policy, and it is very little.
- Planning question? Ask, but check the guides and tools first — the answer is often already there, and you will have it immediately.
What happens to what you send
Your name, email, chosen topic and message are stored so we can read and answer them. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not pass any of it to anyone else. Ask us and we will delete it. The privacy policy has the full picture.
What we cannot help with
We are not a travel agency and we cannot book, change or cancel anything for you — no flights, hotels, rail passes or tours. We also cannot give visa, medical, legal or insurance advice; for those, the official source is the only one worth trusting. What we can do is explain how something works, fix a mistake on this site, and help with anything you bought here.
