Japan Travel Planner products are digital downloads. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered if a duplicate purchase was made by mistake, the customer cannot access the file after reasonable support attempts, or the delivered file is materially different from the product description.
Refunds are not usually provided because of a change of mind, failure to read the product description, travel plan changes, airline or accommodation changes, visa or entry-rule changes, or official schedule and price changes outside Japan Travel Planner's control.
Customers should reply to their order email or contact the store through the checkout provider with the order email address, order number if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
Payments and order delivery are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Some refund, tax, receipt, and payment handling may be subject to Lemon Squeezy's policies as Merchant of Record.
